A local gym known for their tall walls and famous roof climbs, Gravity is a favourite among McMaster climbers, especially those who love to top rope and lead climb. They've hosted many University Bouldering Series competitions in the past as well as the 2013 IFSC Bouldering World Cup, demonstrating their commitment and excitement about the climbing community. Their student discount means that it's generally packed with students from McMaster and Mohawk on Wednesdays, so we urge you to get out there and make some new friends!

A little more out of the way but with plenty of great climbing to make up for it, many McMaster climbers make the drive out to Climber's Rock a couple times a week. While they can be a little pricier than Gravity, they hold a huge sale every October if you're looking for an annual membership! Until then, utilize their new member deals or ask a friend with a membership to help you out with a guest pass. Hosts of IFSC Youth Bouldering World Championships, Climber's Rock has an extensive bouldering area with many different types of climbs, including a full cave in the back of the gym.
