Come out to meet the coaches, learn more about climbing and for a whole lot of fun!
Where: McMaster Indoor Climbing Wall (located inside the Pulse)
When: Every Mondays from 6pm- 9pm
What: Each session will cover at least one topic such as types of holds, climbing techniques, on-the-wall and off-the-wall workouts and drills, etc. We will also have guests come in to share some of their knowledge. Practices begin with allotted free-time for warm-up, socializing, working on projects or just climbing for fun. Each session will end with a team workout. Rental shoes and chalk available!
Who: No experience required! Practices are for everyone, from complete beginners to climbers who have specific goals in mind. Practices for the first 3 weeks of September are FREE and everyone is welcome to come! After that a membership is required to attend Monday practices. Click here for more info regarding memberships.
